5 Pairs of Shoes You NEED for Work & For Play!

Clockwise: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8

Happy Monday friends! Hope you had a great weekend. We actually had a pretty fun one! We went into the city Saturday for dinner and drinks with a few of Steven's co-workers. Even though it was PRETTY cold, the restaurant was right on the water so it had great views! Sunday, we pretty much just ran errands, started Ray Donovan (which is SO good) and also watched the Oscars.

Since moving to Boston, I've had to be a little bit more conscious of purchasing shoes that are comfortable but also cute obviously! I have a tendency to go for appearance over comfort when it comes to shoes but since we do A LOT more walking in Boston, I've had to change my that state of mind. My mission was to find shoes that are comfortable, cute and are great for work but also for grabbing brunch, shopping or any other weekend activities!

My go-to shoes obviously vary depending on the season so I'm trying to include a few from each. My FAVORITE kind of shoe is a peep-toe bootie or a mule and I find the ones included here very comfortable. I also think they're the most versatile since they can be worn in spring, summer, and fall! You'll also notice a trend with brands here--Vince Camuto and Sam Edelman are by far my favorite brands for amazing quality shoes at a relatively affordable price. Those brands probably make up 85% of my shoe collection.

  4. Great choices, Kelly. I have a pair very similar to no. 7 and over these past 5 years have worn them to death and they're still hanging on in there! They go with just about EVERYTHING!
